Event Overview
The 4th Edition of the India-Asia Business Conclave was organised by the Global India Business Forum (GIBF) – a leading international business chamber, in collaboration with HITEX Eco Sustain Expo and India Process Expo & Conference (IPEC) in Hyderabad on July 31-August 1, 2026. Diplomats from 18 countries and 300+ business leaders from India and other Asian countries graced the event.
Day 1: July 31, 2026 – The Expo
The two-day conclave commenced on July 31, 2026 when the Expo at HITEX City was inaugurated. It brought together an inspiring gathering of diplomats, government representatives, industry leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, and business delegates from across India and Asia. The diplomatic community visited the Expo that had an exhibition stall by GIBF, its media partner - The Business Tycoons magazine and GIBF’s parent company – Abhi Group of Companies. Founder and Global President of GIBF, Dr. Jitendra Joshi led the diplomatic community through the Expo.
The diplomatic community from Afghanistan, Armenia, Bangladesh, China, Fiji, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Russia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam represented their countries as Guests of Honour.
Insightful Panel Discussions by Asian Diplomats
Two insightful panel discussions featuring diplomats, industry leaders, and business delegates took place.
The first panel, “Powering Asia's Green Future,” focused on accelerating renewable energy, green hydrogen, and clean technologies to support sustainable economic growth across the region. Armenia, Maldives, Serbia, Nepal, Malaysia, Indonesia were the participating countries.
The second panel, “The Future of Processing Industries in Asia,” examined the transformative role of artificial intelligence, automation, and smart manufacturing in sectors such as food processing and pharmaceuticals. Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Timor Leste, Russia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka were the participating countries.
Networking over Dinner
In the evening, the Diplomatic Networking Dinner provided an exclusive platform for Ambassadors, High Commissioners, other senior diplomats, government officials, business leaders, and international delegates to connect, exchange ideas, and explore new avenues of collaboration. Exceptional business leaders were felicitated by the diplomats.
