India-Asia Business Conclave (Edition 4), 2026

The 4th Edition of the India-Asia Business Conclave was organised by the Global India Business Forum (GIBF) – a leading international business chamber, in collaboration with HITEX Eco Sustain Expo and India Process Expo & Conference (IPEC) in Hyderabad on July 31-August 1, 2026. Diplomats from 18 countries and 300+ business leaders from India and other Asian countries graced the event.

The two-day conclave commenced on July 31, 2026 when the Expo at HITEX City was inaugurated. It brought together an inspiring gathering of diplomats, government representatives, industry leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, and business delegates from across India and Asia. The diplomatic community visited the Expo that had an exhibition stall by GIBF, its media partner - The Business Tycoons magazine and GIBF’s parent company – Abhi Group of Companies. Founder and Global President of GIBF, Dr. Jitendra Joshi led the diplomatic community through the Expo.

The diplomatic community from Afghanistan, Armenia, Bangladesh, China, Fiji, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Russia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam represented their countries as Guests of Honour.

Two insightful panel discussions featuring diplomats, industry leaders, and business delegates took place.

The first panel, “Powering Asia's Green Future,” focused on accelerating renewable energy, green hydrogen, and clean technologies to support sustainable economic growth across the region. Armenia, Maldives, Serbia, Nepal, Malaysia, Indonesia were the participating countries.

The second panel, “The Future of Processing Industries in Asia,” examined the transformative role of artificial intelligence, automation, and smart manufacturing in sectors such as food processing and pharmaceuticals. Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Timor Leste, Russia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka were the participating countries.

In the evening, the Diplomatic Networking Dinner provided an exclusive platform for Ambassadors, High Commissioners, other senior diplomats, government officials, business leaders, and international delegates to connect, exchange ideas, and explore new avenues of collaboration. Exceptional business leaders were felicitated by the diplomats.

The 4th Edition of the India-Asia Business Conclave was inaugurated at HITEX City by the Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla, who was the Chief Guest. The Conclave started with Vande Mataram, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the oil lamp and a classical dance performance.

Also present were Dr. Jitendra Joshi, Founder and Global President of GIBF, Deepali Gadkari – Secretary General of GIBF, Mr. Pradeep Gandhi – Vice President of GIBF, Mr. Abhishek Joshi, GIBF Global Director - Investment and Business Council, and Ms. Swathi Chalamalasetty, Director of Ace Urban Group and AM Green.

“Through this conclave, we are committed to facilitating high-level B2B and B2G engagements, promoting cross-border investments, encouraging technology transfer, and enabling business leaders to explore emerging opportunities across Asia. The partnership with HITEX further strengthens this vision,” emphasized Dr. Joshi in his inaugural address.

The 4th Edition of the India-Asia Business Conclave is a testament to the same,” stated the Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla. “As we come together from diverse corners of Asia, we are united by a shared vision of economic growth, innovation, and sustainable development. This Conclave marks a significant step in strengthening the ties between our countries, forging partnerships, and exploring new avenues of collaboration,” he further said.

The GIBF and HITEX, Hyderabad signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the presence of the Hon’ble Governor, to cooperate in facilitating mutual investment and industrial growth in the Hyderabad region, and with a shared commitment to fostering positive and productive relationship towards the development of multiregional cooperation.

On behalf of GIBF, Dr Joshi signed the MoU and on behalf of HITEX, Ms. Chalmalasetty signed it. The MoU was signed in the presence of GIBF’s Director Secretary General, Deepali Gadkari and Director of HITEX, Mr. Shankar Kuna.

Special edition of The Business Tycoons magazine titled India–Asia Business Conclave (Edition 4) – Beyond Borders, Towards Growth, was unveiled by the honourable governor of Telangana and the Asian diplomats. Outstanding business leaders were felicitated by the governor.

A major highlight of the conclave was the series of country presentations by diplomats of the participating Asian countries, featuring business and investment opportunities in their respective countries. These sessions offered participants valuable insights into market access, investment potential, trade opportunities, and avenues for international partnerships.

The conclave concluded with B2B and B2G meetings, enabling one-to-one interactions between businesses and government representatives and facilitating discussions on investments, partnerships, trade, and future collaborations.
